Voice Access houdt op donderdag 19 april van 9:00 tot 13:00 een presales training over PLDS (Product Licensing and Delivery System). In deze gratis training zullen wij een uitleg geven hoe PLDS werkt en waar men op dient te letten tijdens het configureren van configs in ASD (Avaya Solution Designer).
Tevens zullen wij u uitleggen hoe om te gaan met RFA en hoe een upgrade van oude naar nieuwe systemen werkt.
De training zal plaatsvinden in ons kantoor te Nieuwegein van 9:00 tot 13:00.

The PLDS application is used to create and manage software licenses and download files, download core software images and software updates provided by an active service agreement or warranty, and execute paid and pre-paid software upgrades.
